I've been taking it easy and prioritizing regulating my nervous system and rest so I'm back and working in my business.

Years ago I would have fought my desire to rest and judged it as procrastination. Often procrastination can be a trauma response, especially when it comes to money goals and why self discipline actually doesn't work in that case.

So if you've been beating yourself up about lack of motivation, getting things done, procrastination and wondering how to get more discipline, I think this class will help shed some light.
